Topological complications

I am interested in discussing (i) global aspects of string theory, (ii) F-theory and global issues, and (iii) expected global properties to be obsered at CERN. Anybody can give some commnets/ suggestions. We may then explore them further...
I suppose that I can discuss both our ideas together. In my time some years ago I've written a letter to CERN with a request to give me an opportunity to work there like as an mathematician-investigator to determine the status of my inventions in mathematics but unsuccessfully.
