The hydrochloric salts of Kazcaine (1-(2-ethoxyethyl)-4-ethynyl-4-benzoyloxypiperidine)and Prosidol (1-(2-ethoxyethyl)-4-phenyl-4-propionyloxypiperidine are effective anaestethetic and analgesic preparations.
